The facility is impressively safe, exceptionally clean, and well lit. The convenience of the garage, accessible via a code, leading to a sheltered docking area, makes for unloading belongings much easier and protected from the elements. There are large pallet carts and spacious freight elevators which makes moving stuff to any floor very convenient.
Additionally, they sell moving supplies which I noticed are very reasonably priced. The cost of the units is reasonable – especially for a heated storage. An additional bonus for me as someone who is into following the Olympics, they are official storage partners of Team Canada, which made me smile 🙂 I am extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this storage facility!”

I honestly really have nothing bad to say about the Pockit Storage on Burrows Ave. When I went in to 1st get my locker the two staff ladies were definitely awesome and very patient with me & weren’t rude at all, despite my 3 year d throwing a temper tantrum right then and there that minute. So props to them for that because some staff at some places aren’t always so patient with customers while filing out forms and what not. also I would like to add the drive in garage has always been clean & well kept so has the locker hallways as well. I have never had a problem getting in or out of the building either so I would have no reason what so ever to not give this place 5 stars !!! Thank You for keeping my stuff in your very clean, well kept, secure building !!!”
