“Our family is a new customer of Abundant Air. This week Gavin came out to do a cleaning and maintenance check on our furnace to prepare for winter. Apparently he was running ahead of schedule as we received a call from the dispatcher asking whether it would be okay if he came early. This says a lot about how Abundant Air does its scheduling. Most service people I deal with are late and stressed out by how many more calls they have to finish in the day, so this was a breath of fresh air. We said early would be fine for us. When Gavin came to the door he introduced himself and took off his work boots. I called them to do a furnace cleaning, and they were super honest and told me that my furnace was very clean, but that they were able to see a couple of cracks on the heat exchangers (15 years old furnace). I called Hydro to confirm, and they agreed with Fair Service, so after the Hydro inspection, I had 30 days to get a new furnace or to replace the heat exchangers. I asked for 3 different quotes, and they had the best prices and you could tell that they are easy people to deal with. Felix was great in terms of response, knowledge, and general explanation. Then Alex came over to do the installation and he and his college did an excellent job as well, they worked hard, and they were very clean and friendly.
